I hope you and your wife are doing okay. Quick question. I believe you mentioned that your wife saw a new dentist last week (not the neuro dentist), and that this seemed very positive. Are you following through with treatment with this dentist and not Dr. A?

Could you please give me the dentist's name. Are they located in the same city as Dr. A?
