Has anyone with TMJD experience their muscles near their temples twitching or feeling like their is fluttering that last a few seconds?

mine started with a twitch under my left eye that lasted months until the real pain & problems started....

Hi TamE,
I started off with massive spasms in my right temple and twitching in my eye. It settled down for the most part but I still get it. Now it's mostly on my left side, go figure.
I have been undersplint therapy for almost a year now so it's not that bad. It doesn't scare me anymore.
