While my last NM visit was great I got written up again at work..ugh...I got written up before because sometimes I look like im on drugs when the ear ringing gets really bad, usually in the afternoons and I get spacey and can't concentrate on my tasks or even listening.
This time it was timing. I told them my NM visit would be about 3 hours, it ended up taking 4.5, y'know how these things go, Id rather take the time to do it right.
I just cant get people to understand why my head is out of sorts they think Im crazy or lazy.
Sorry I just needed to vent. Man this ringing ear is bad tonight so I turned down seeing a movie with a friend. Maybe I should have gone to drowned out the noise!

Though TMJD can cause ear ringing and a spacey feeling, it can also be something else besides the TMJD. Do you have sinus problems? That can cause the spacey feeling and ringing in the ears.

Hi GenDen
Thanks yes i do think I have sinus problems, not severe but somewhat. They tried me on Claratin D but it makes my heat race and the insurance won't let me have any of the others (Zyrtec, Claritin etc..) for financial reasons.

A product that I have found very helpful for sinus is a nasal spray called XLEAR. It is totally natural and for some reason works. Sinus problems run in our family. My sister told me about it. A friend told her about it. It is over the counter. I found it in the pharmacy area of my local grocery store. I had also tried Claritin and the steroid nasal sprays without success. I think if you did a web search you could find information about it on the internet.
