Other than a "regular" dentist, what specalists did you see to originally treat TMJ?

oh, jeeze.. let's see.. i've seen:
+ 1 chiropractor
+ 7 dentists [1 is a neuromuscular dentist]
+ 1 family doctor/GP
+ 1 "headache specialist" doctor
+ 2 massage therapists
+ 2 neurologists
+ 1 oral pathologist
+ 2 oral surgeons
+ 3 osteopaths
+ 2 physiotherapists
+ 2 psychologists
+ 1 sleep doctor
in the beginning, i was trying to get my migraines treated, but now that i look back, im sure that it was the beginnings of TMJD symptoms.
presently, im seeing a neuromuscular dentist, osteopath, and massage therapist.
