About 3 weeks ago I experienced a urine infection and was treated by antibiotics. The urine tests have shown the infection has gone but I am getting a nip like pain at the bottom of the penis just before ejaculation. I also have a sensitivity in the testicles after this. There are no lumps or bumps and no blood in urine or semen. I also have the urge to urinate more frequently.
