You might find it useful to go back through the posts -there is a thread on frequent urinating that may have some helpful comments for you.

I haven't read the previous threads on this, but if you also have an inability to "hold it" any reasonable amount of time, and it seems you have to empty your bladder as soon as any liquid gets in it, it might be worth checking with a urologist.
