5 weeks postpartum I developed a fever of 101 and threw up once and had diarrhea for three days followed by cramping on my lower right side and a discharge from my rectum. I don't know what it was but it wasn't blood. Now I have discharge from my urethra. It is either urine or mucous. It feels like I have colon and urethra spasms. I have a burning sensation now/sometimes pain on my right side into my back. My doctors don't seem concerned. I had these same symptoms after my miscarriage five years ago and at that time had a colonoscopy and upper scope too that showed nothing but gastritis. I had a ruptured ovarian cyst on my right side that I had surgery for. I have no appendix or gallbladder. I had a urinalysis that just showed some crystals. What is causing all these symptoms I am having? Is it just my body readjusting after being pregnant? Is it hormonal related? Has anyone experienced what I am?
