i felt a little (real tiny) lump on my testicle. it is kind of movable. you can move it from on side to the other. my urologist had a sonography and said it was harmless. a kind of fat-lump. but now i got the letter from my doc with the payment account and i read the diagnose: little cyste on the right testicle ! i mean cyste sounds pretty dangerous ! but he said it was harmless. what do you think ? in my ears cyste sounds like upcoming cancer ?

Dear hoekstra
What you may possibly have is something called a hydrocele, which is a collection of watery fluid in the sheath that holds the testicle.Hydroceles are not serious and usually do not require treatment unless the scrotum is so swollen that it is uncomfortable.
