Ok sometimes after I pee I have this pain in the tip of my penis, its sharp and it feels like i need to pee again. It lasts untill I do pee again and slowly goes away. I get this every few months or so, i am sexually active and was curious if anyone had any insight.
p.s it generally happens after I masterbate then pee or have sex then pee.

I would say that you need to get your Prostate gland examined,as that is more than likely the cause of your problem.You might also try taking some zinc tablets or eating some pumpkin seeds.
