I'm 21 and I have a minor phimoses problem. My foreskin is a little narrow. I'm able to retract it during an erection, but I have to force it and I experience some pain in doing it and letting it stay back behind the head. I have been trying to exercise the skin and stretch occasionally and it has help, but I'm impatient with the frequency and time required to see results. I have heard of non surgical treatments like topical steriods and other creams and would like to know if anyone has ever used them and what they felt about it. How can I go about trying it out if it work. Who do I talk to, etc. Thanks for any info.

You need to talk to a urologist. A urologist is a doctor specialized in the male reproductive system and knows all about foreskins and how treat problems with them. Once he examines it, he/she can determine what the best solution is for you. Topical steroidal creams usually work in minor phimosis cases like yours, but they are available by prescription only.
