I have recently feeling pain in my side lower back and urinating blood. I am unsure what it means. It comes at the time when I just finished being constipated and had intercourse for the first time. Is this something serious or will it just pass over just simply because of the combination of intercourse for the first time and constipation?

I would hope you've been to a doctor by now. Pain in the lower back can indicate a kidney infection which can give you such symptoms and needs to be treated. The only other option is that intercourse was vigorous and traumatised the bladder and made it bleed. If that was the case the bleeding would have gone by now.

By all means, you must see your doctor. Blood in the urine can mean an infection and it needs to be cleared up, otherwise it can smolder and cause more problems.
