More importantly, how are you doing? verylucky Sponsor sandra421 08-14-2003, 07:21 PM hey there, hubby is hanging in there, we have been talking a lot about his 4 day "bender" he has little recollection of the events that transpired, says he doesn;t remember the police being here and couldn't figure out why he woke up in a freightliner(he works at a trucking company, thats where he went the night the police came and asked him to leave)he knows that he needs to stay clean if he is going to have his family, we have appt tomorrow with doc who i am hoping will evaluate him and give him something to ease withdrawal, he says he feels better today than yesterday so i am hoping we can see some light, i know this is going to be a rocky road and he has a lot of counseling in his future, he sees an addiction doc next wednesday, so between his doc appt tomorrow and next week i am hoping he stays clean, we have plans with his boss for the weekend as the kids aren't home yet so at least i know where he will be, he still has the sweats and the shakes and trouble sleeping, what are your thoughts on this, what kinds of meds are good for the w/d that aren't addicting in themselves. thanks for your support and for letting me pick your brain, hugs i am doing better today, think the paxil is starting to work-LOL |
