Has anyone ever tried Biostac? I just read about it and i was wondering if it works or not. it says it drastically reduces weight and is 100% natural so there are no side affects and it is safe. I was wondering if it worked and also since it is all natural how old do you have to be to take it? I am 15, if i were to take it, would it do anything to me? Any advise or comments at all would be greatly appreciated. thank you.

I can't find any info on it but it has been proven that the only "cure" for being overweight is good eating habits and exercise.
This means eat a little less at meal, eat more small meals, eat a balanced diet, drink plenty of water, cut back on colas and sugar and breads and pasta.
Get at least 30 minutes of intense exercise a day or an hour or more of more passive exercise.
There are no quick or easy fixes or cures for a good healthy body.

None of those dangerous compounds you mention will make you lose weight.
They will make your wallet lose weight and nothing else. The are bad for your body and you health. They even have bad effects on your brain functions.
Here is just one warning. http://www.pcb.co.za/users/ravesafe/ephedrine.htm
You want to lose weight, eat lesss, exercise more and stay away from sugars and starches.

Tricky Dick is right.
The only "cure" for a big ol booty is to get off it and exercise!!! Eat right for goodness sake!!! You don't need that ephedrine crap. That stuff makes me feel like i'm on crack. Anything that makes you feel like your on crack is *** . You dont need it!!!!!

Hey TrickyDick, Thanks for posting the RaveSafe website! GREAT statements concerning ephedrine.
Agent Gold, ol' Tricky is right on! Ephedrine is WAY too risky to mess around with, especially for one as young as you. Consider this, what you put into your body now (and from birth) have a SIGNIFICANT effect on what your health will be like once your body reaches its full growth (And yes, your body may be done getting taller at 15, but there are other systems that are still developing maturity. Besides, bones that APPEAR to be thru getting any longer, are not necessarily finished growing)
So, if you are denying your body adequate vitamins, calories and minerals in an effort to lose weight, you are potentially causing yourself permanent damage that WILL show up later in life. Though that doesn't seem as important as looking good in your teens, I guarantee when you are pushing 50 and feel like sh**, you'll wish you'd been kinder to yourself in your youth. Voice of experience here.
If you SERIOUSLY want to lose weight, ELIMINATE any packaged/processed foods (including sweet drinks, EVEN diet drinks) from your diet. Eat ONLY fresh (not canned) vegetables, fruits, grains & nuts/seeds (minimally), and LEAN meats in small quantities.
Good luck!
