I've been taking Testosterol for almost three weeks and so far I'm making tremendous progress. My question is do I have to cycle off of it? They says that you have to but I don't want to break my momentum. I'm finally gaining size and strength and don't wish to do anything to change this. Anyone have any experience with this or have any other advice?

The way I understand it is if you take too much it starts having a reverse effect and estrogen starts building up too high. So I would follow the directions on the label.

my advice...
ALWAYS take things as suggested. The people that make it probably know better than you what it does.
Most supplements are just that, supplements. They supplement what occurs naturally.... so....if you supplement too much, your body quits making things because youre feeding it to yourself in a pill.... then when you go off it... bad things happen because your body no longer makes it naturally.
follow the directions. theyre there for a reason!

As I understand it, the receptors that pick up the signals to produce more testosterone need to be refreshed from time to time. The cycling gives them a break and allows your body to become more receptive to the Testosterol and not build up a tolerence. Having said that, I know of two very big guys here in Florida that I know for a fact, take Testosterol and do not cycle it. But they also take larger than recommended dosages.

If they are taking large doses it will not do them any good, just a waste of money and also defeats the purpose.

The problem is that taking a higher dosage of Testosterol does raise serum testosterone levels higher and faster than the recommended dosage. An old school that says "anabolic steroids don't work". If they didn't work, there would be nobody abusing them. The problem is, they work too well. As does large doses of legal Testosterol. Just my 2 cents...
