I did a search using different key words and could not come up with anything specific.
From my viewpoint only, I would just recommend a good multi-vit. and mineral supplement. If your older additional b group vits and zinc will help.
Also, I am not exactly sure what your idea of "fertility" is. If you are talking about a man or womans ability to have a baby there are thousands of pages on the problems and causes of problems in that area.
Anyway, good luck..

I imagine you are aware you should be taking folic acid daily if you are planning on having a baby. Thats the extent of my knowledge of vits for babys. For you, you should be getting a good B group of vits and take a mineral supplement that includes Zinc.
If you are having problems getting pregnant there are ways to determine the best times to concieve. Which I know nothing about but are available on the net and of course from your doctor.
Both of my kids were concieved on vacations, the explanation for that is you are more relaxed and in a better frame of mind or such. I don't know...but its a good excuse to take a vacation.
Peace.

Michaels Male and Female Reproductive Factors
If you follow directions exactly then they guarantee you will get pregnant or your money back. They don't guarantee for someone with endometritis.
Available in health food stores and the Whole Foods stores. Wild Oats stores also.

For women who don't have regular periods Chaste Tree Berry is supposed to really help. The catch is you have to take it for at least 3 months before it starts working.
You can find this herb in natural food stores, or almost anywhere really. Angelica is another herb traditionally used to treat female infertility and menstrual problems. Definately keep taking a multivitamin or a prenatal, which if you are planning on getting pregnant is better because of the lower dose of vitamin A (which can be toxic to a fetus) and the higher level of folic acid which is shown to reduce the chances of some birth defects. I have read that Evening Primrose Oil is good for the female reproductive tract. Also, make sure you are getting enough omega 3s. These are the oils found mainly in cold water fish such as salmon and also flax seed. Drink tons of good water, eat lots of fruits and veggies, and relax. Stress is a big factor in infertility. Sorry I have no advice for a man except don't wear pants too tight!! Get a book on nutrition, or vitamins etc. There are many out there. An excellent author and expert on nutrition and alternative medicine is Dr. Andrew Weil. Good luck to you.
