I'm 15, 5 foot 7 and 125 pounds

And I was wondering If anyone has heard of any good, effective diet pills that are over the counter, not too pricey, has no side effects and are safe for people my age to use?

I just want to get rid of my visible body fat and have a lean muscler body...

Also, have any one heard of Bio-stac?

please tell me

Diet pills do not give anyone a lean muscular body.

You have to weight train and exercise muscles to get that cut look.
There is no other way.

Hey RC,

Your weight is fine...you just need to firm and tone it up. Exercise is the only way to do that.
Sure..thats a little work, but if you really want that type of body and look..thats the only way to get it.
Drink lots of water when you exercise, lay off the cokes and take a B complex and zinc to give you some extra energy and lift your spirits.
Peace

I wish I were 5'7'' and 125! I've seen you post in a few areas concerning diet pills and such. Well, diet pills aren't magic and I noticed that you had a post under one concerning xenodrine and you wanted someone to buy you a bottle and send it to you... what's up with that? It says on the bottle that it should not be used by people under 18... and there's probably a good reason that you're parents won't buy it for you... they care about you! If you want to lose your "visible flab", you have to work out losing weights and cut the fat. You said you had no time (I would like to know what you're doing that you're 15 and have no time to work out or anything, yet you have so many posts on here... hmmm)... well, now back to the xenodrine that you wanted someone to buy for you... it is a supplement that enhances your workouts... if you have no time, then it's not for you.

These are just my opinions... you can take them with a grain of salt. Maybe instead if posting on the computer asking about diet pills and looking for a "quick fix", you could put your time to better use by working out which will give you longer-lasting results and you will be healthier!

Your weight is excellent for your height!
What visible flab? I am 1" taller and am 155 lbs, my wife is the same weight and is 5'3". You probably look fabulous! Stop worrying about your weight when you don't have to. Professional models are not 'real people', they are also sicklyu and really don't have a big male following. Have you seen Brigitte Bardot lately? Shes 65 and looks 90!

please dont get into the habit of dependingon diet pills for weight loss. It seems the easier way out but its not. I have wathed my sister destroy herself with weight loss obsession. She tried everything and became addicted to everything promising weight loss. Go to a dietician or nutritionist and do things properly and slowly, including excercise. The most important thing though is accepting youreself for the way you are and being happy. When my sister decided she was going to be good to herself and stop worrying about her weight she actually changed and the weight slowly disappeared. Have you seen the film "Requeim for a dream????" Well thats a very real idea of what diet pills and obsession can do to a person. Goodluck and take care!!!!

You should be happy about your height/weight ratio. You are only 15 and you might even still be growing taller. You should be focused on nutrition and exercise, not pills. Pills are something for obese people, and who knows how effective they are even then? Please don't get obsessed with weight loss. I've been there. I am a large framed woman who will never be a size 2. I've finally come to realize that. I am 5'7 and was 140 before I got pregnant. I was feeling very good because I am naturally muscular. 125 is the perfect weight, I think. If you are small framed, maybe you just need to tone up a bit. I am quessing, and I don't mean to belittle you at all, that you see yourself differently than other people do. You probably compare yourself to models, who are often sick and have eating disorders, or do drastic things to stay skinny. Not to mention probably 90% of the women you see in photos or on tv have had some form of plastic surgery.
I know you didn't post your message expecting to get all this advice. But when we hear someone so young worrying about these things, when there's no cause for worry, it makes us upset. You should be focused on school, social life, and enjoying being a kid. Please take care of yourself. If you really want to get healthier, and more muscular, you are going to have to work out. You don't even have to do strenuous exercises. You can find time if it is important enough.
Good luck with this issue.
