I thought vitamin A was for the hair, skin? Now I hear vitamin E is for those things...Then what is Vitamin A for then? I was also curious Vitamin K too.
Also, my husband is 35 yrs. old and he doesn't take any kind of vitamins. Should he be taking any? He looks pretty healthy.

Your right, vitamin A helps cells reproduce normally, which leads to healthy skin, hair, nails...vitamin K helps promote proper blood clotting

Look in any nutritional books or even high school science textbooks and they tell you the general things you need to know about vitamins and supplements!
Or search for them on line!

I heard that Vitamin K is good to get rid of dark circles under your eyes- which I have badly. I'm just not sure where to find Vitamin K. I haven't really looked for it but I've never heard much about it.

Vitamin B I've heard is good for hangovers when you take if before you start drinking.

Dark circles under the eyes are a sign of allergy ("allergic shiners" the docs call them). Pantothenic acid is a good vitamin for allergic people to take, but avoiding what you're allergic to is the only cure (in my case wheat and eggs).

Vitamin K creams are actually pretty helpful for circles under the eyes, spider veins and scars/stretch marks. I have been using a steroid cream for severe eczema since I was little, and much to my dismay found out taht it thins the skin significantly and has caused stretch marks on my butt, thighs and breasts. The Vitamin K cream really seems to even the skin out and removed the redness. They are still there but it's not nearly as noticible... I haven't heard of any side effects - yet.
