Ive heard alot about the B5 and its benifits I would like to try it out should I ask my Dr first or dont even bother to ask him. Thanks

As you know B-5 is pantothenic acid and it is used for anti-stress and does alot in the body. You didn't say what you were taking it for but whenever you take a B vitamin it should be combined with the other B vitamins as well because the all work together. Taking only one can cause a shortage of the others over a period of time. So, be careful!!!

Most Doctors know very little about Vitamins and Minerals---Nutrition except when you are deficient and they know what to give you for that illness!!!
