My son 19 wants to take both at the same time. Does anyone know if you can? Are if you are not supposed to?
Creatine and Cell-Tech do they mix? He'll be 20 soon and wants to go out for college football. He's pretty good but just needs to put on weight. He was a starter his Jr and Sr year in hight school. Any suggestions?

Creatine and Cell-Tech
1) They are both creatine products. There is no purpose to taking them together. There is a chance that you meant nitro-tech, another muscletech product, which is a protein formula, please correct me if this is the case.
Cell tech is a pricey version of regular creatine powder, that contains some extra ingredients to 'supposedly' increase absobtion. Personally I dont agree with using Cell-tech over regular creatine, I can explain later upon request.
To help you, and him, to the fullest knowing his current weight/height/bodyfat estimate.. Goals for mass gain.. and importauntly, current diet/training would be helpful also.
