I was looking for a fat burner and the employee at GNC recommended Thermo-Lean. How effective is this product? I don't know much about the product and there isn't too much information on the net. I am 5'6" and about 145lbs I want to lose some fat and tone up. Is this the right supplement for me?

An exercise bike would do a better job. Don't take advise from the people trying to sell you the stuff. They're not going to tell you "boy this stuff and all the other stuff we sell to people for weight loss is a waste of your money"
"THERMOGENIC" anything when it comes to weightloss, is a complete waste of money.

Supplements, when used properly, can yield benifits and help achive goals safely and effectivly. Although I have never used the product you speak of, my advice would be to do some research on your other options, and be careful when listening to GNC employee's regarding supplements, I personally dont listen to them at all.
