I'v been using Xenadrine for 3 months now and the results are great!! I'm now down to 129lbs.
However, I was thinking that too much and prolonged use of ephedrine is really bad for my body and I want to stop using it, also it made me sweat like crazy and has caused me some embarassment more than once. . . but then I do want some sort of energy booster/ thermogenic to keep up my progress. . .
i'v heard abt guggul, and T-3 (that thyroid thing) and phosphosterine and also calcium pyruvate. . but then i'm not really sure. . .
wut are the best ephedrine-free products out there (that actually work)!?!?

Thx!!

Great news about your weight loss. I have a quick question though, is Xenadrine the same stuff that is in Stacker 2? Are the products used the same?

Any info is appreciated,
Trooper

How much are you taking? I've been on a low dose for about 1.5 yrs w/o any real probs. However, I don't exercise and think I might have a problem were I to seriously start working out. I take one "metabolift" pill a day, 6 days a week. Went from about 160 to 124.

Xenadrine,Hydroxycut, Metabolift and Stacker all have the same key ingredients I think, and itz the ECA stack (Ephedrine, Caffeine, Aspirin) They are supposed to work best. . . but then one's not supposed to continuously take them for over 3 months, i tried cutting them off altoegther once and the following few days are like hell: no energy wutsoever. . . i've gradually stopped xenadrine now and taking Metabolic Thyrolean. . . actually I'm wondering if synephrine will be better then MT to substitute ephedrine. . .

there are new ECA products now, with nor-ephedrin in them. havent heard much about them.
you could stick with what works and try a 3 weeks on, 1 week off regime.
fact is, this is the most effective weight loss supplement ever. it doesnt work for everyone. but when it does, it does.
funny thing is i noticed that i dont really sweat a lot while on it. i take ripped fuel from twin labs. and i used to sweat like a pig before. even without reason. once i started the gym and ripped fuel though. i dont anymore! aside to increased energy etc etc.
also, i have tried REAL ephedrin hcl, aspirin and caffeine. and the twin labs supplement works better.
no idea why!

good luck, but try noit to stay on ANYTHING too long. make your body slowly accomodate your higher metabolism.
upregulate yourself basically!

I have to say that I agree with the above post as far as doing a 3 weeks on/1 week off regime. Or, I used to do 5 days on and 2 days off which worked good for me. The problem I found was that on the days you do not take any ephedrine (or products containing it), it is hard to be motivated and for that matter, to stay awake!
Another problem is that the longer you take it, the more immunity you will build up to it, therefore you will have to take more at a time!

Another product I found which worked well for me in a five week cycle is called clenbuterol. I bought it outside of the U.S. though. There are some products on the market now that are trying to come close to it, so we'll see!
