Methoxy isoflavones are worthless, especially when added to sports supplements. They don't ellicit any of the advertised claims and will not help you any more than regular whey protein.

Ecdysterone, Methoxy, Liquid creatine ... Are all out there to get your money but don't assist in muscle gain or fat loss.
