Hi there,
I'm a vegetarian, and I don't have a large back-up protein source besides eggs which i eat a few times a week.
First, besides protein, what other vitamins am i losing from not eating red meat, poultry and fish? Also, is there a good vitamin (or at least something specific things i can look for on a bottle's label) out there that will give me the nutrients that i need?
Thanks!

Soy protein to oatmeal or in shakes is good for extra protein. (even whey protein if you're not vegan. But since you stated you eat eggs, I assume you're not)
You might consider a fish oil supplement for fatty acids and enzymes. If you eat spinach and/or broccoli, you should be getting enough iron and you get calcium from any dairy and even nuts. You ought to be able to get just about everything else from other sources. Hope that's helpful to you.
