I just bought some today because a co-worker raved about how great she felt. Said it gave her energy, she slept better and felt better overall. I just posted to ask if anyone uses it and what they mix it with to make it taste better- mixing with hot water just does not taste good to me - having a hard time drinking it. :confused:
