I'm 16 year old male. I want to start taking vitamins and such, cause i desperately want to grow, and thought by being real healthy like this it would help. Should I take vitamins or anything? If so, what should I take?

Vitamins are only supplements. You _should_ try to have a balanced diet, in which case vitamins aren't wholly necessary. But I know the reality is that we, as a society, tend to not eat properly out of convenience, time constraints or whatever myriad of reasons we come up with. My suggestion would be to analyze your current diet for nutrient content and find out where you are lacking. Often, a good multivitamin is all you need to fill in the gaps, but you'll have to decide what it is that you need most. There's not really anything you can take that will help you grow... but being as healthy as possible isn't hurting the effort any. =]
