Hi
Can anyone tell me how much vitiman B5 i need to take to help control the oil in my skin and to aid weight control. I can only buy it in 500 mg.

Try 2000 mg a day in divided doses but not before bedtime...if that doesn't work, increase the dosage by 500 mg until in works for you.

Taking B5 too close to bedtime may cause sleeplessness as B5 is also known to increase your energy level.

Hey all!

I just got some B5 yesterday, Took some at supper and then took some before bed. **Ack**.. Stimulant is right, did not fall asleep until probably 2 AM. (wish I would have paid attention to Mareziedotes comment)

Ahh well lesson learned. I am also going to take a B multi complex starting today along with it. I have it in 500mg dosages. So I will start at 1000mg this week and work up to 2000mg in a few here. I have known abou the benifits of the B's for awhile now, but I like so many others, start stuff and then quit. NOT this time! Will let you know how I do. I am also going to see if someone on the knows of a NON-caffine product I could take for weight.
