ok these may sound like stupid questions, and amybe they are, but just remember im a guy. i was wondering if creatine does actually shrink the size of your you know what... :) ive heard once before it doesnt because its not a supplement that deals with your hormones and stuff, but i just wanted a couple of more experienced answers to that question... and #2 question is that i soemtimes will be mixing my creatine drink before i go to work. now thats about 6 hours before i work out. my question is...if i mix it before hand, does it have the same impact as if i mixed it and took it right way? or is the creatine lost in the drink? thanks in advance for your replies(if there is any) :)

I'm a 21 year old male. I used it a couple of years ago with pretty successful results. It's a naturally occuring product in the human body and you're basically adding more to the process. It doesn't shrink your stuff. Taking it 6 hours before working out is alright. Actually you might need to read up on it but I think you can take it before or after with similar results. I caution you to increase your water intake too for optimal results.

Creatine is NOT stable in liquid form!
After 15 minutes of being in a aq solution it starts to turn into waste product (creatinine), so mixing it so early in the day is not advisable. Just keep it in a bottle and add water after your workout when u take it.
