I have used Daily Two put out by Twin Labs. I know it's not the best but it a pretty complete Vit/Mineral and not too costly --also readly available.

God bless---Harry

See a nutritionalist and go from there...that way you can consume what you need . Most multies have only trace amounts of the necessary vitamins and minerals needed to keep a body going.
I take 50 mg natural B complex, 20 mg natural Zinc, 250 mg natural C...during the year I will also add in some E
or A. It depends totally on your physical makeup and what foods you eat (or don't).
B, by the way, is lacking in almost all food groups except spinache and liver (guess why I take supplements?) YUCK!

I use the Womens Ultra Mega vitamins from GNC. They have everything I want in them and they are time released to give you a little energy throughout the day. :)

I've tried many vitamins over the last few years and about six months ago I tried one recommended by a myofacial release therapist. It's called Life Force and it can only be purchased at the health food stores. It's kind of pricey but I have noticed a big difference in my energy level, attitude, hair/nail growth and even my skin. Good Luck!

O.K. people I want you to to try this vitamin that I started taking about 2 months ago I'ts called mega food daily foods. Igot it at a specialty nutrition store, not crappy gnc or vitamin outlet. Its different because its made from whole foods instead of simple vitamin fractions. I know it sounds kinda funny and the pills are huge and looke like grass but I just thow them in a smoothie or something but im tellin u they cleared up some of my scaley skin and gave me energy to. They are kinda expensive to but im tellin you I'm a vitamin junkie and Im hooked on these

Mela-vita is an excellant vitamin and many of there other supplements are awesome too. Do a search for this on the web and see what you think. After you check these out repost if you have any questions.

i personally love miracle 2000. It is a $1 a day and it is a liquid (easier to absorb in system) and works wonders. you can check out their web site by looking up typing in miracle 2000 vitamin mineral.
Minerals are really what most of us lack in and are deficient in here in the states. And yes there are a lot of poor vitamins out there and the body can not absorb so much of them that you are just urinating out what you spent your good money on.
everyone has something that works for them, you might ask a good doc your trust too. :) good luck

It really depends on what you are looking for (ie what strengths). I've been doing a lot of research lately on multi vit/min supps as I am looking for a good complete one. The Dual Tabs by Twinlabs is a good one...it is higher strength then your average multi vit/min. If you're going to get one that is "Once a day" and is pretty strong that may not be such a good idea as your body will not fully absorb it all and will waste most of it. Jarrow has some good ones as well. Look for ones that have chelated minerals.

Hope this helps!

The costco brand (kirkland, kirkwood, something like that dont have the bottle next to me at the moment) is actually quite full of stuff compared to more expensive brands. It is pretty large though, so if taking big pills is hard for you, then you may want to pass these up.

Hi, ok I am into vitamins and, supplements myself. They really do make all the difference. I personally recomend Optimum Nutrition products or there is another kind that is really excellent . Products by Amway .... They carry the very very best in nutritional supplements. I started takeing them last year and, really really liked them .... Amway is great too but, very expensive......

Good luck...
