I have some questions for you guys:
I like to have a protein shake before I go to bed, but I mix mine with milk. The ZMA instructions say no calcium, what should I do?
Are all ZMA products equal or is there a brand better than the rest.
Anyone actually seen improvements in stats or is just good for sleeping.
Thanks

it specifically says not to take it with calcium? weird. Are you sure it is not just saying that there is no calcium included, maybe they worded it incorrectly.
Well, you can try to take your protein with just water. That is what I usually do just before bed, but read your protein bottle. The one I am using right now includes calcium in it, even though it isn't a mrp..but it is whey (which is less than optimal for a night time protein shake anyway)
Or, just take your protein supp about 45 minutes before you hit the sack, and take the zma right at bedtime.
Over time zma helps you build muscle by keeping you in a building mode even while sleeping. I have been taking it for a couple of months, and have added a few pounds of muscle....but, there are a lot of factors in there, so I can't say it was from the zma specifically. But hey, it isn't that expensive, and many people swear by it...so I figure why not..
