hi! tried these a loong time ago.I saw it in a magazine add.I got it by mail with a book(big one) and the patches.Don't really remember the plan of it but remember wearing the patches everyday.Well didn't do anything for me.But you never know everyone reacts differently ,but i would save your money!!Anyways thats all i can remember.Good luck and sorry cound;t be of more help.
