Hi,
My friend just gave me a bottle of Chitosol tablets that we both are going to try. Does this stuff work?

No, chitosol does not work. It's basically just very high fiber supplement, but it does not cause fat to pass through the system undigested to be expunged as though it were never consumed, as it purports to do. It does 'bind' the fat, but thats all it does. It it then digested, processed and stored like normal.

it can work, to a degree, but it also passes through you all of your fat soluable vitamins, etc. So be careful.
