Ok, I just started taking B-Complex vitamins today (read post below). I have only taken one and already I've noticed VERY yellow urine. Is it normal for that to happen after only one pill??

B-Vitamins are water soluble---if your body doesn't need It. The excess is passed off in your urine. B-2 is the one that turns your urine yellow --This is normal. If they are tablets you could try breaking them in half. It's cheaper.

Not sure whether you want more voices to pine in . . . but it is complete normal . . . recognized by medical science even.

It's the B2 ( riboflavin) that is coloring your urine. It's very normal and actually quite practical. I don't need to turn the light on when I go to the bathroom at night..loll ;-)

yeah this happens to me too, every single time I take the pill my urine is bright yellow, I figure its just normal. Does it mean the pill is being wasted?
Once when I was little, I ate 20 flinstone vitamins at one time and the same thing happened with my urine. Guess I was lucky that was all that happened.
