Hey guys,
About a year and a half ago I had Gastritis and was cured with medication. About 2 weeks ago I have the symptoms again. I went to the doctor and they prescribed Prevascid (spelling?). Ive been smoking for 2 years now, which doesnt help. Im 6'2, 144 lbs. Before I had Gastritis a year and half ago I was 165 lbs. Well I guess my question is how to gain weight. I already know that quicking smoking will help tremondously, oh also I stopped drinking any kind of caffeine lately, b/c thats what mostly irritated my stomach. Well I want to get up to atleast to 165 lbs. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks for your time.
