I am currently on a weightlifting plans which is intended for maximum weight gain. I do have a few questions about ripped fuel and hydroxycut though. Since ephedrine speeds up your metabolism if you take the recommended dosage two times daily will it push the protein (which i am taking) through your system too fast for your body to take enough of it in?

I am also taking glutamine and creatine, would taking hydroxcut be harmful? It is extremely hard to have only a high protein diet without also having some saturated fat involved and although I am gaining muscle weight quickly it seems almost impossible to get the muscles to show through while eating fatty foods (i am 18 and in college). Please help :).
