Hi everyone
Has anyone ever used Trimspa or Trimspa EF before?
Any opinions about the product? Is it alright for someone who wants to loose about 5 pounds or so?

Why would you pay good money to lose 5lbs. You can hold up to 7lbs of water at any given time. Unless you're between sizes, 5lbs won't even alter your clothing size!

Im not sure about trim spa...but a weight loss product that really does work is chitatrim. I lost 15 pounds
