I have not used it but two women where I work have used it. They both lost weight when they used it like they were supposed to but the one was not as religious about taking it properly so she didn't lose much weight while the other lost what she wanted to because she was faithful with using the products. From what I saw of the routine it was an awful lot of pills you were supposed to take several times a day just to lose weight etc.
