Why does this happen to me?
I really need to take a mult-vitamin, but whenever I do, I get swollen in my face and hands, and my head hurts!!
Last one I tried was Centrum A to Z. It would take a million years to find out which vitamin and/or mineral was making me swell!
Any suggestions???

I dont think, vitamins are making you swell, maybe its the Centrum A to Z is causing you alergic reaction to it.

I would assume you are allergic to one of the "fillers" or binding agents in a multivitamin. You need to look for one that is all natural and doesn't contain artificial color. In the meantime though I would suggest you get tested for allergies so that you can find out just what it is you are allergic too so you know what to watch out for in other products. Also if you do try another multivitamin and it causes these reactions you should see a doc so they can investigate it and try to figure out what the trigger is.

One other thing you should do too is write to Centrum or call them and report your reaction to their vitamins as they will be very interested in hearing from you so they can monitor for future problems with people taking their vitamins.

NIACIN NIACIN NIACIN!!!! Try 50mg or less. I've been there only my nose was one of thins that swelled and it was red too. Hello Bozo the Clown!!
