I've been taking women's one source multivitamin for a while not daily. But lately when I take it I start feeling really nauseated. I don't know why this happens. Does that mean that the vitamin is bad for me?

I dont think a vitamin is really bad for you.... When are you taking them? Morning, afternoon, night? If you are taking them on an empty stomach try taking them with food.

In the early 1980's, my early twenties very active body & mind needed a little help nutrition wise. So i purchased otc vitamin from drug store or grocer. I could notice some increased hunger as well as energy, but i was still not performing up-to-par. I then purchased a multivitamin plus minerals. The effects from the multivitmin/mineral were negative. Upset and burning stomoch, even problems w/ bowel movement. I tried reducing the dose, but w/ no luck. Unfortunately the quality of vitamins i was using was very poor. It wasn't until about 1994 that i found and began taking a high quality vitmin mineral supplement, and the effects were positive.
Health food store brands are highly recomended in comparrison to standard otc (over-the-counter).
