I know carrots and spinach are sweet potatoes are good for vitamin A
is there anything else that you can snack on during the day that gives you vitamin A or vitamin E

If you have thyroid disorder or disease, or you got diabetes, don't assume your body is going to convert those carotenoids into vit A. The foods w/ the most pre-formed vit A are Liver, Eggs, and Butter.

Nuts & seeds contain vit E.
