What kind of vitamins should I take for stomach problems like bloating and gas? Also, what is a digestive enzyme and where can I get some?
Are there any vitamins I can take to help me gain weight? And what can I take for stress and anxiety?

Poppy,

I found a great paperback book that will teach you how to rebuild your health with vitamin supplements. It explains the big picture of how to eat and which vitamins and minerals to take, including digestive enzymes, probiotics, and Omega 3 EFA's. There is an herbal detox/cleansing program that will improve your overall health dramatically. The book is "The Detox Solution" by Patricia Fitzgerald" It's 19.95 at your typical online bookstore.

Poppy,
Sometimes for whatever reason(antibiotic, birth control pills, too spicy food, alcohol, etc) your intestinal bacteria can get out of balance and needs to be rebalanced. Eating yogurt with live active cultures helps and adding a good probiotic supplement to your diet --taken at bed will also help.

Hello Poppy

Add about 1grm GABA to Harry's prescribed yogurt before retiring. It will reduce your anxiety and help rebuild your "falling apart" body w/ it's HGH Human Growth Hormone effects. This should help you gain muscle while loosing unwanted fat.

Yu may have a overgrowth of candida- primal defense I heard is probably the most potent probiotic/antibiotic for it.

Also, exercise, meditation, forgiveness, job change, acts of unconditional selflessness, prayer works for stress and anxiety. THe bible says "love will seperate you from you your anxieties: Also, read the book of job the more sacrificial the better.Don't mean to be so religious but people will one day soon realize that this is the cure for much of our society ills. It worked for my anxiety and depression took me off "all" of those psycholgical meds.

Try 3000 mg of MSM- sometimes this works very well. You will know immediately if it works.
