Do you mean glucosamine sulfate? Glucosamine sulfate is used for osteoarthritis. It helps by building new cartilage, that protective padding that prevents bones from scraping together. The pain and discomfort from arthritis arises when the cartilage gets worn away. Many people have found glucosamine sulfate to be beneficial for their arthritis. However, you will not get results overnight. It takes time for cartilage to build, and you may not notice the effects for weeks, or even months. But the wait may be well worth it.

Glucosamine Sulfate helps any joint. I use it for tennis elbow and shoulder problems. Yes it can take a while to feel the bennifits. I also recomend a B complex for your joints. the B6 helps your body produce the luberecants for your joints, I take both.
