Please do some research on B6 overdose. Go to google or another search engine and type b6 overdose. I am just learning about it, and it seems that 150 mg may be WAY too much...

i would scrap the 3-6-9 efa supplement. if you eat the SAD you get more than enough omega 6 from grains and grain-fed meat.
the healthy omega 6/3 ratio is *at least* 6:1. seeing as how the average person has about a 20:1 ratio due to poor eating habits you could be shooting yourself in the foot by supplementing for omega 6.
take fish oil and eat more fish for the omega 3. for the omega 9 have some olive oil on your salad/veggies.
also make sure the fish oil is molecularly distilled so that you don't ingest more heavy metals than you have to.

Gee that is some list. It would take me several hours to type it out!!
I think the vitamin B's are too high.
If you were to go to a doctor with B-1 or B-2, B-6 deficiency---He would put you on 15mgs for correction. For B-1 --90mgs is about 60 times more than the RDA( Recommended Daily Allowance) and you didn't list B-2 but probably left it out by mistake, B-5 (pantothentic acid) 150mgs is about 15 times more than the RDA, B-6 at 150mgs is 75 time too much to take daily, folic acid should be 400mcg daily.
The Vitamins C and E -- I think are too low. I take 1500 Ester C and 800 IUs Vitamin E and Selenium should be about 200mcgms for proper E absorption.
I won't get into the Omega oils & other oils. You just have to make sure that they are purified so they don't contain things like mercury but that has already been said by another poster. You may not need all the oils you're taking every day???
The Magnesium seems a little low and the Calcium you probably get enough in dairy products you intake. There is no Boron. I like 3mgs daily.
Just off hand I'd say you need a more balanced vitamin/mineral supplement That is a little low and then add to it to make up the difference. I have never found one that was COMPLETE with everything. You know Companies are in the business to sell you as much as you'll buy.
I suggest you get a book "Prescription for Nutritial Healing" by Dr.James Balch, MD. You can buy it at a good discount from the vitaminshoppe online along with the vitamins you need and of course there are other sites!!!
I wish you well---Harry
