Can anyone provide any insight into witch vitamins are most effective for your eyes? I heard bilberry is good for them.

Wow there are so many!!
Vitamins A,E and C are good.
Antioxidants are VITAL!
Bilberry is rich in antioxidants, so thats a good one.
Grape Seed extract is another antioxidant.
Zinc helps with vitamin A absorption, so it's helpful.
Lutein and Taurine are also great for the eye.
You should have no problem searching the web for vitamins, minerals, and herbs that are good for the eyes. It's best to start off with a healthy diet before you go chasing after a quick fix however.
