Flaxseed oil, Fish oil, or Salmon oil?

I'm using it mainly for it's anti-inflammatory benefits. I understand that flaxseed oil needs to be converted by the body and may take weeks or months to show noticeable benefits. Would I see results more quickly with an actual fish or salmon oil supplement?

A better question is where can I purchase bottles of flaxseed oil so that I can take 1 tablespoon a day of a theraputic dose?

You can find flaxseed oil at most healthfood stores, such as The Vitamin Shoppe. Typically, a tablespoon of this oil will generally provide approximately 10.5 grams of essential fatty acids. You may also want to check out Puritan's Pride, which is currently offering a 3 for 1 sale. These are just a couple of suggestions.

oh my gosh i LOVE flaxseed oil. its true though that it doesnt work as fast as you think. I took it to improve my skin tone and for the fatty acids and in about 2-3 weeks it kicked it seriously. Ahh, i eat it every other day on my brownrice pasta and on my veggies...mmm. fish oil doesnt seem as good ebcause there are no regulations of the fish that they get it from..yuck. I use Spectrum Cold pressed, flax oil (they have some mixed with Brose oil or something too) but i get the plain stuff at my health food store. i would recomend Specturm it tastes the best. ive tried all the brands
