I'm a 23 year old male. I want to build a good nutritional base to go along with my diet. Here is what I am currently taking each morning.
Multivitamin/mineral (no iron)
500mg Vit C
25mg/mcg Vit B complex (stress, athletics)
I'm under a good deal of stress and encounter anxiety and depression occasionally. I'm also very active with running, bicycling, and recreational sports to deal with stress.
Are there any supplements out there that would be helpful for me to add to my diet? If you want to know more about my lifestyle in helping make a decision just ask.

You probably need more Vitamin E, calcium, magnesium and boron. It would be very rear to find a multi vit/mineral that has enough of these???
