I just read that Vitamin B-complex is good for the immune system, tiredness/depression, pms, but it said for the vitamin b-6 you shouldn't take more than 100mg/day. I also take a multi vitamin which already has 50mg of b-6. If i start taking the b-complex, along with my regular multi-vitamin then my daily value of the B-6 would be 150mg. Is this too much and what could happen if it is?

Also do these interact with birth control pills?
