Yes, fish oil is good for overall healthy brain function. It's not an instant remedy, but over time it seems to provide noticeable benefits in most people. Its seems our bodies are designed to be getting more of the Omega-3 fatty acids than what our modern western diet provides. Fish oil is also quite good for the cardiovascular system. One suggestion, to avoid any "fishy" taste, take it just before or in the middle of a meal not by itself or at the end of a meal. Hope this helps. Good luck!

I have always taken vitamins and supplements with food to aid in absorption, yet still get the fishy taste when I burp, even the mini burps. Kinda hard to do away with. I have never cut up a fish oil capsule to really smell how bad it is but I imagine it could be really bad.
