My current workout schedule is as follows:
Mon/Wed -Arms/Abs
Tue/Thur -Legs/Abs
Sat/Sun -Running
I currently take the following a day:
Before Breakfast:
#2 Xenadrine EFX (Recommended Dosage
Around Noon:
Protein Shake With Creatine & Vitamin Pill
Little Afer Noon:
#2 Xenadrine EFX (Recommended Dosage)
Before 7PM Workout:
Creatine With Juice
Note: I'm taking the recommended Creatine dosages. Loading phase is over, now I just instake twice a day for a month then I stop for a month or two.
Is this overdoing it? I'm 19 and weight 175-180.

What are your goals? To build muscle? To build strength? What??
I like the fact that you supplement, that's good. But let's face it... legs, arms and abs is all your working? What about your back and your other body parts?
