Could someone recommend a good fat burner pill or a good supplement to help loss wieght (fat)? I am a female age 42 5'1 wiegh 159 lbs. I do follow a good healthy diet plan. I have been dieting for 2 months and have lost 9 pds. I workout at a gym 3 times a week and do cardio and exercises at home. I'm not seeing much of a difference at all! I do realize that muscle weights more than fat and I'm not gonna see much of a weight loss till I'm toned. I have a problem area as most women the hips and stomach. I do extra abb exercises at the gym and at home but dont seem to be losing any in that area. Someone told me that I am working my abbs and untill I get rid of the layer of fat that is over them I wont see any results. They suggested I use a fat burner. I am eating healthy and working out but I do think that I'm gonna need a little extra help in my problem areas so any suggestions or help would be appreciated! thanks in advance....

B-Vitamins, Carnitine, and CoQ10 are nutrients involved in energy production (fat burning). Calcium Pyruvate, and DMG are also nutrients that increase metabolism.

Thanks for the reply. Could you tell me if there is a fat burner on the market that has these ingredients? Or what do you suggest doing? I'm new at weight training and dieting. I really want to do this for myself. So, any help is greatly appreciated!

You need to emphazise on cardio, i.e. run, jog, walk, whatever for 25-40 minutes per session to really burn fat off your body, at least until you are leaner and your metabolism has adapted to burning fat quicker. Studies have shown that you need at least 2000mg of L-carnitine per day in order to get any real benefit on fat/wt. loss. Studies show you need at least 6000mg pyruvate per day for wt. loss benefit. Try 200-600mcg chromium polynicotinate supplementally. I don't recommend ephedra-based fat burners, but if you take them, please take when YOUR NOT WORKING OUT. It is more effective that way. For a fat burner to take just prior to working out, take pure guarana or kola nut powder to equivelant of 100-200mg caffeine. That will help mobilize fat while working out quicker and is much safer than ephedra. Take cold showers to reestablish your BAT thermogenic capacity. Works for me. Hope helps. :)

Hi! Xenadrine EFX (without Ephredrine) works miracles.
