i'm only 15 and I weigh about 175 lbs... I HATE BEING FAT...I know it's my fault i'm fat and not any one elses... but I wanna lose weight...and fast...can some one plz give me some ideas...I do exersise it's just not working.....I fell like killing myself... I'm too fat to be here..plz some one help!

The best way to lose the fat is to start on a sensible eating plan and continue with the exercise. Remember you have to burn off more calories than you take in to lose weight. If you want more help then see the doc and ask him to help you and to set up an appointment with a dietician to help you work out a plan that is suitable to your lifestyle.

yes. diet and nutrition. dont look for quick fixes.
good foods like chicken, turkey, tuna, oatmeal, veggies, fruits, etc
plenty of h20
avoid junk food and fast food
eat small meals every 3 hours
start a cardio and weight lifting program. muscle burns more calories at rest than fat.
